In Honor of Autism Awareness and National Poetry Month, I share a poem written by a group of high school students. I NEVER TOLD ANYBODY When I was little I wet my bed rode on the back of my dog like he was a horse and met Michael but I never told anybody. I’m afraid of mushroom, gymnastics, that nervous tight edgy feeling about height, scary snoopy dogs and I still remember that duck that snapped my finger when I stuck it in its mouth but I never told anybody.
