Beginning 2014, many of us resolved that this year would be different; it would be a year when old habits that have died hard would be replaced with new habits that would compete with the old behavior. Sometimes this works but my gym is already getting back to normal. Making mindful decisions means that we bring a habitual, unconscious behavior into our conscious thought and we keep it there.
